To improve the support of our customers, Festo has made available a software, enabling you to show your screen via Internet to our staff. You will establish and control this access. The solution of a problem can be made easier and faster in most cases.

Please open the link below to load the client module. You don't need any special rights nor will any data remain on your computer, unless you choose so.

Please tell your consultant the 9 digit session number to enable him to establish the connection. After you tell him the session code he can open the view to your screen and also support you entering some configurations.
